Floor installation for a wedding-party in Lausanne, Switzerland

I was asked by a friend whose daughter was to be married to design a festive decoration for the wedding party. The reception took place in the courtyard of a mediaeval castle near Lausanne. For this occasion I had about two million red paper squares, 2 x 2 centimetres in size, made and thrown throughout the whole court-yard which otherwise featured only tables with refreshments and wine brought there before the guests arrived.
